Affinis Hospice

The Affinis Hospice team provides the following services either at an Affinis qualified center located throughout greater Georgia, or at the patient’s home:

• Social worker support services
• Physical, occupational therapies and speech-language pathology services
• Bereavement support services
• Pastoral services
• Nursing services available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week
• Home health and Homemaker services
• Medication management services
• Standardized medical equipment
• Volunteer services

Our hospice team is on-call 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
